All Saints Church at Monksilver
Lo and behold--Sue on the ropes at All Saints Church, Monksilver. The builders (this dates from the 12th century) knew how to use natural light. Perhaps a blessing from Coleridge? More spooky stories later.
we are two australian academics with a love of walking and Romantic poetry. The Lake District was a little too Wordsworth for us (and too expensive) so we decided to take the less travelled path (apologies to Robert Frost) and walk the Coleridge Way. Coleridge was a prolific walker so this may be the start of many walks to come.
